Your PC Setup

 
  1. Choose your browser:

    If you are taking Online Russian, use Firefox. Run these diagnostics to test your browser.

    If you are taking Online Chinese, Japanese or Korean:

    1. Windows users: If your class uses Adobe Connect, most browsers will work with it.

    2. Mac users: If your class uses Adobe Connect, most browsers will work with it as long as OS is 10.7.5 or higher.

    3. Run these diagnostics test at:

  2. Enable pop-up windows option for your browser.

  3. Enable Javascript if it is turned off.

  4. Install additional free software (if not installed already) shown below. Ask your instructor about any additional software needed for your course. (To avoid installing unwanted bundleware, make sure you install them from the official Websites, not from third-party download sites.)
